First time going to Andaman Thai. I went with 3 other friends on a Saturday night. My table was immediately seated. It was at 70% capacity when I went. We were able to order right away and the food took 15 minutes to come out. I got the pad Thai and was not disappointed. I think they did a great job preparing it to my liking. The pineapple fried rice was also decent and served in a half cut pineapple. The restaurant is clean. Plenty of parking around. I'd come again!

I dined here solo for dinner and ordered the Pad See Eew with chicken, paired with a Lychee Iced Tea. The iced tea was incredibly refreshing and complemented the dish beautifully. I opted for outdoor seating, and the staff was more than accommodating. The ambiance was serene, with a perfect evening breeze that enhanced the overall experience, making it feel relaxing and enjoyable. While the wait time was a bit longer, likely due to the dinner rush, the atmosphere and quality of the meal made it well worth the visit.

Came in for lunch before visiting a customer a few weeks and had a good experience. The service was excellent, the interior was small but they have a patio & outdoor seatings. Appetizers: Satay Beef - Grilled marinated beef skewers, served with cucumber salad and peanut sauce. Very flavor, beef was tender. Angle Wings - Deep fried chicken wings topped with sweet garlic tamarind sauce. Wings fried perfectly crisp. Entrees: Yellow Curry - Yellow curry with chicken slowed cooked in coconut milk and potato cubes, served with cucumber salad. Curry wasn't too strong and chicken was good. Good flavor!!! Pad See Eew - Pan fried thick rice noodles with beef, garlic, Chinese broccoli, egg, and soy sauce. Was good but didn't have Chinese broccoli, just regular American broccoli. Good flavor!!! Ginger Fish - Slightly deep fried fish with onion, mushroom with fresh ginger garlic pepper sauce. Good flavor!!!

I'm late in posting my review. My husband and I craved Thai food last weekend and decided to try Andaman. Based on previous reviews, we ordered the Pad See Ew and Cashew Chicken (my husband's favorite). Both dishes did not disappoint. The cashews were roasted instead of just being tossed into the dish, and that made a difference. I liked the Pad See Ew as a change of pace from Pad Thai. The restaurant was clean, and we didn't have to wait long for a table at all. We did arrive at around 5:30 pm on a Friday. We'll definitely be back.

Came here to celebrate my business launch. Everything was yummy! Got the hot tea jasmine and Thai iced tea! Both were good. Roti with yellow curry appetizer: 10/10 mmmmmm mmmmm!!!! Soooo good! Creamy and tasty. Wish I can eat that all day! Then we got pad see ew (of course), Thai fried rice, and the red curry for the mains. Pad see ew: 10/10 Very aromatic! A lot of places either go too sweet or use too much fish sauce but Andaman has it perfect to how I like! Super good Red curry: 8/10 also great! Creamy and a bit spicy which I like. Doesn't come with rice so we ordered the Thai fried rice with chicken Thai fried rice: 6/10 on its own it was pretty forgettable. Not bad but not the best thing ever. but we got it mainly as the rice for the red curry so it didn't matter too much! Maybe I'll try the basil fried rice next! Overall I think I just found my new favorite Thai place in the tri valley area! We sat outside which was nice, strong lights to set the mood and they have gas heaters but the one we requested ran out of propane. Oh well it wasn't too cold that evening Server was super smiley, helpful, and attentive. Really friendly staff!

Food: I have never been to this place before, found it on Yelp, and ordered food to go. My Yellow Chicken Curry had a delicious sauce, and my preference for this dish is chicken breast and they use chicken thighs. I also ordered a sweet potato appetizer which was also delicious. Service: My order was packed well, and the workers were friendly. Ambiance: I need to go back in person for dine in, but the place was packed at lunch time which is always a good sign.

If you're looking for authentic Thai flavors in San Ramon, Andaman Thai is the spot to visit. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the delicious food. I tried the Pad Thai and the Panang Curry, and both dishes were bursting with rich, authentic flavors. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with tender noodles, while the Panang Curry was creamy with a delightful kick of spice. The portions were generous, and the presentation was on point. The service was also fantastic--friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our meal. Whether you're dining in or taking out, Andaman Thai delivers a great experience. It's easily one of the best Thai spots in the area. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious and customer service was phenomenal. The ambiance was modern with just enough tradition. Me and my wife came here for dinner with some friends. We started with the shrimp pancake which was fluffy and the filling was nice and hot. I ordered the pad see ew with beef and prawns.

Our team of 8 had lunch here in the spring. Located in the Market Place Shopping Center, there's ample parking. We were the largest group in this smaller space. And they were full for lunch on a weekday. The menu is extensive and helpfully includes photos. We shared a few starters including spring rolls, papaya salad, lady fingers, and roti. Everything was good but my favorites were the light and fresh papaya salad and spring rolls. For a main, I ordered the tofu clay pot, which came with rice and salad. I wished I had ordered the more flavorful green curry after trying my colleague's. All of the portions were generous. After sharing starters, most of us could not finish our mains. Everything was fresh and good. If I find myself in the area again I'd give them another try.
